YOGA FOR HARMONY YOGA FOR HARMONY: FUNDRAISING EVENT

Yoga offers a wonderful way to create physical, mental and emotional harmony in your life!  This ancient system of self-care invites breath and body awareness while providing opportunities to identify and release stress and tension.

Regular yoga practice can improve posture and balance, stretch and strengthen the muscles, ease stiffness in the joints, tone the organs, boost immune function, and help cultivate relaxation.  It can be fun, too!

Spend a Saturday morning doing something good for yourself while also supporting the high quality programs at Harmony Center.  This gentle class will accommodate beginners as well as those with previous Yoga experience.

Melinda Coppola is a certified and registered Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner as well as a published poet.  Founder of "Spectrum Yoga," she leads large and small group classes and provides private instruction to individuals of all ages, including those with special needs.  Melinda considers her teaching style to be a heart centered and evolving blend of several Yogic traditions including Kripalu, Iyengar, Yin, Meridian and Kundalini Yoga.
