Holistic Health focuses on the underlying factors that affect health. While some of these variables lie outside our control, most are affected by the way we live.

When Americans reach their 60th birthday many are taking 12 prescriptions and over the counter medications each day. Instead of recognizing discomfort as a warning sign, a symptom of imbalance, we've been acculturated to grab for a quick fix in the form of a pill. Whatever your age, we invite you to consider another approach.

This program will help you live a healthier way, a way guided by awareness of your body - mind - spirit rhythms, and harmonious with your own unique needs.

We will explore the many variables that contribute to good health. You will be encouraged to create balance in your life - with your food, activity/rest, your connection to spirit, your life purpose, your relationships, and your environment, etc. Information will be shared, discussion encouraged, and the group will provide necessary support to help implement life-style changes.

Our four session series will explore holistic health practices in depth and help you achieve your personal goals.

Become an active participant in creating health. Join us!!

Peg Doyle will serve as the primary facilitator of both the workshop and subsequent sessions. As a Holistic Health Counselor, Reiki Master and Asian Bodywork Practitioner, Peg has conducted workshops on health and well-being in the Greater Boston area for more than 10 years.
