Earth's foundation of rock and green contain life's essence and energy. This energy nourishes our souls and pulsates through every aspect of our being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

When we drift apart from earth, we lose touch with her energy. This distancing happens all too readily in our society. Separated from the grandmother (native people acknowledge earth as 'grandmother'), parts of ourselves shrivel up and become 'sick.'

In this workshop, we will reconnect with the grandmother and call upon her wisdom. Experiential exercises will involve sitting, standing, lying and walking in sacred space on earth. Otterheart will drum, sing, and guide us to hear, feel, and otherwise sense Earth’s vibration and subtle energies. This healing energy brings us back into balance, in harmony with ourselves and with all our relations.

Weather permitting; we will utilize the medicine wheel as our sacred space for the outdoor exercises. While we will have time for discussion and sharing, this workshop will be primarily experiential.
