Across cultures and back through recorded time, people have valued the dreams that come to them during the night. All of our dreams have something to teach us.

Neglected parts of our-selves find expression in dreams, parts that want to be brought more fully into awareness. Dreams may also carry messages from other dimensions of time and space.

This workshop will introduce you to a way of working with dreams that you can take home and use. Appreciating our dreams guides us to embrace our whole selves -- spiritual, emotional and physical.

Workshop participants will experience the process of dream appreciation. This process helps the dreamer open to the dream’s message(s). Others are involved in this process, not as dream interpreters, but as listeners / witnesses who create a safe and nurturing environment that supports the dreamer's exploration.

Dream appreciation opens doors to spiritual, emotional and physical transformation.

John Markoff's fascination with dreams dates back to his earliest memories. He has been working with the Dream Appreciation process for over 20 years, both personally and with psychotherapy clients in his private practice. Spiritually, John has been traveling the Buddhist path for about 10 years.
