If you like to read, and are interested in expanding your personal and spiritual horizons, we invite you to participate in our book discussions.

Reading is a solitary activity, for we read by ourselves. Some books encourage us to shift the way we think and feel. When we discuss such books with other people, our insights are broadened and the experience deepened. Discussion expands our perspective and helps us to grow.

Something inexplicable happens when people gather together to share with one another. Sharing adds another dimension - that of support. And it’s FUN.

Join us to discuss, share, and explore. See what can happen when we gather together to learn, to grow, and expand consciousness.

You do not need to sign up for our book discussions. Just come to the ones that interest you.

We offer this program as a community service. There is no fee for participating, although tax-deductible contributions to Harmony Center are always appreciated.

Facilitating: Everyone who comes will contribute to our book discussion process. Lesley Irene Shore, Ph.D. will also participate and help facilitate. The founder of Harmony Center and a licensed psychologist, Lesley brings over 40 years of experience helping people grow, including expertise in facilitating spiritual circles as well as psychotherapy groups.

Place, Time, and Date: Our book discussions take place at Harmony Center from 7:30pm to 9pm. The dates are listed on our Program Page. If this will be your first time participating in one of our events, send us an e-mail and we will forward directions along with additional information.
